Traffic Management Built for Festivals and Large Events

The Volunteer People is running Traffic and Parking again for Reggae on the River 2026. While this is a recent change, we are both prepared and excited to support the community for this wonderful event.

We were approached by Reggae Festival Management this last Monday to gauge our ability and availability to do the 2026 event. We knew we were ready, we had just successfully completed Northern Nights Music Festival.

After much discussion amongst our own team, we made the group decision that supporting our community and Reggae on the River was no decision at all. We had to give it our all.

We came to an agreement with Reggae on the River management Wednesday night but the shortened time frame does mean we are hustling a bit over the next few weeks. We have reopened our volunteer sign-up. Most of our staff are committed and returning after doing such a wonderful job at Northern Nights.

Our plan is sound, we know the job, we have great notes on improvements to make from last year, we have a fantastic team, and we love the community.
